Client Services Manager

An exciting position with a quality Emergency Call Centre which deals with Insurance Companies, Car Distribution companies, off shore New Zealand requiring Medical advice, Property assistance and more.

The Call Centre has professionals on the phones from Doctors, Nurses to Mechanics and Insurance specialist. The training is exceptional 6-8 week induction course covering all essential qualities of customer services to technical issues. My client has wide variety of people and skills with a common denominator being great people.

We are seeking a mature yet dynamic proven Account Manager who has exceptional rapport building skills with the business acumen to think outside the square and pro actively seek out new opportunities within these large corporate environments..

We also need someone who has integrity, professionalism and is down to earth with a friendly personality. You will need to be able to relate to the CEO, General Manager and yet still get along with the Service Manager and Joe Bloggs in the Call Centre.
