Medical / Travel Coordinator

Expanding upmarket NZ Company based in Ellerslie need Medical phone based staff to provide International assistance.

Equipped with the latest technology we need cool calm and collected people who can react quickly with urgency and concern in their voices and reassure distressed people on the other side of the world. It could involve simply giving out necessary information about which Doctor to visit or documenting events taking place, ie what medication has been taken. A wide variety of Insurance related calls from different parts of the world, case managing certain patients and handing over details from shift to shift.

This is New Zealands leading edge emergency centre, a niche market which is rapidly expanding worldwide. The calls require professionals to deliver 1st class service, related to Travel Medical and Technical enquiries, document and record all required information into the PC, process the information in line with documented procedure and advise the caller on actions to be taken.

We are looking for Team Leaders, Doctors, Nurses, enrolled nurses laboratory workers and Medical specialists, personnel whom are confident on the telephone.

We seek people who can work shifts morning, evening or night’s .Monday through to Sunday. Six on three off. Flexibly is appreciated and we are looking at working with you, so please feel free to call and discuss.

Recruiting immediately, Salaries commencing at $40 - $50k upwards depending on skill level and experience. Cross training will be provided.
